By completing the registration form, the delegate hereby agrees that the event organizers will not be able to mitigate its losses for less than 50% of the total contract value. Cancellations must be received by email or fax 3 (three) weeks before the conference (April 13, 2008). Cancellations received after this date will be charged a 50% cancellation fee. Delegates who have registered and do not attend the conference will be charged 100% of the registration fee, including optional extras.

The event organizers will only recognize cancellations made in writing and addressed for the attention of Rachel van Eyk.

Substitutions are welcome up to and including April 27, 2008.
