The cut-off date to reserve your accommodation at The Westin La Cantera is April 21, 2008. Reservation requests received after 5:00 P.M. local time at the hotel on April 21, 2008 will be accepted on a space and rate availability basis only.
Reservations received after the cut-off date will receive the negotiated rate for standard rooms, only if they are available. The negotiated rate will not be honoured for upgraded rooms.
Reservations
Conference delegates are required to make their own accommodation bookings by calling +1-800-228-3000 before the cut-off date of April 21, 2008. Whilst booking your accommodation you will need to:
- Identify yourself as a Postilion Conference attendee
- Provide the hotel with guest name
- Provide check-in and check-out dates
- Request preferred room type
- Request preferred bed type
- Any special room arrangements must also be made at this time

Rates
The following rates are applicable for stays from Monday, April 28 to Monday, May 12, 2008
$189.00 single or double occupancy
Additional guests per room will be charged at $20.00 per person per night.
All room rates are quoted exclusive of applicable state and local taxes, currently 16.75%, and the resort services fee.
A resort services fee will apply to all guest rooms. This fee is currently $10.00 per room per day plus tax. The resort services fee includes the following:
- No charge for local phone calls
- No access charge for credit card and 800 numbers called
- Starbucks regular and decaffeinated coffee provided daily in the guest room
- Monday - Friday USA Today newspaper delivery
- Use of Health Club facilities
- Shuttle service within the resort and The Palmer Course, and Six Flags Fiesta Theme Park (in season) and to the "Shops at La Cantera".
This resort services fee is subject to change without notice.
An early departure fee will be charged in the event that a guest checks out prior to the guest's reserved checkout date; this fee of $75.00 will be charged to the guest's individual account. Guests wishing to avoid this charge must advise the hotel at or before check-in of any change in the scheduled length of stay.
A room deposit equal to one night's stay is required to hold your reservation. Such deposit will serve to confirm the reservation for the night(s) booked, and, at check-in, will be applied to the first and/or last night of your reserved stay. The deposit, paid by the delegate, is refundable if notice is received at least seventy-two (72) hours prior to arrival and a cancellation number is obtained. All deposits will be charged at the time the reservation is made.
Conference delegates are responsible for their own guest room, tax and incidental charges on checkout.
